SeaLife Dive Lights

SeaLife dive lights utilize flat-panel COB LED technology to closely mimic natural sunlight. The dive lights, therefore, are exceptionally adept at bringing out the stunning colors in underwater videos and photos. SeaLife, the company that manufactures the lights, is renowned for providing affordable, easy to use underwater video and photography equipment. The company even recently extended its customer-favorite Sea Dragon lighting devices to give users increased versatility. Its three best selling products are the Sea Dragon 2500, Sea Dragon 2100 Dual Beam, and Sea Dragon Mini 650.

Sea Dragon 2500

With a 90 color rendering index, this dive light decisively solves the problem of blue underwater images and photos. It enables divers to add true-life color to photos despite being deep below the surface, where colors gradually dissipate until the only thing visible is blue and gray shades. The Sea Dragon Mini 650 delivers an ultra-broad beam thanks to a 120-degree beam that ensures optimum lighting coverage. The product is, therefore, perfect for cameras that have a wide field of view.

Specifications

  • Depth rating: 200 feet/60 meters
  • Lumens: 2500

Sea Dragon 2100 Dual Beam

This product is mounted through the Flex-Connect system, which makes switching between different lighting levels is very easy. It, nonetheless, has a less-intense light than the preceding Sea Dragon 2500, although it actually appears brighter. The increase in brightness is caused by a narrower 100-degree beam as opposed to 120-degree beam.

NightDiver-Scott: Scott first experienced the thrill of exploring the ocean while snorkeling during his senior class trip in high school. After that, he threw himself into diving, working diligently to become a master scuba diver so he could achieve his goal of diving for a living. And that’s exactly what he’s done –a commercial diver by day and a PADI diving instructor by night, Scott loves taking his dips after the sun has gone down, and because of this, he’s super particular about the quality and functionality of the dive lights he uses.
