Shipping and Returns

Returns and refunds

You can return new, unused Nemo Power Tools products and accessories bought from this store within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

  • The item must be new and unused, in its original, undamaged packaging, with the original receipt or order number.
  • To start a return, email info@nemopowertools.com or call +1 (740) 971-2839 with your order number, and we reply with the return instructions.
  • Ship the return prepaid to: Nemo Power Tools Warranty Center, Eastern Commerce Center, 6000 S Eastern Ave, Suite 9E, Las Vegas, NV 89119, USA.
  • Once the return arrives and has been inspected, we confirm by email and issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it.
  • Products bought from an authorized dealer are returned under that dealer's own return policy.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, so we can put it right. Defects that appear after the 30 day return window are covered by the product warranty: submit a warranty claim.
